*Providers may charge provincial fee guide rather than the CDCP fees. To improve and maintain the oral health of our valued patients, At Phoenix Dental Implant and Invisalign Centre, we honour the CDCP fee guide for all preventive treatments including cleaning, polishing, regular recall examinations, Xrays, fillings, extractions and emergency examinations. Patients are responsible for paying the difference between the CDCP and provincial fee guide for more complicated procedures like root canal treatments, crowns and dentures.
